2D/3D Shapes

Students are learning how to compare two dimensional and three dimensional shapes. We practiced sorting food/candy that looked like two dimensional or three dimensional shapes. Every student did such a great job! Way to go!

  1. What a fun way to explore 2D and 3D shapes! You might want to share Paul Klee's art Castle and Sun and have students create their owm castle using 2D shapes. Follow this by providing unit blocks to create 3D castles.
